  • It doesn’t always feel like I’m moving forward, but I’m still showing up each day and checking in. I’ve logged everything, it’s within my calories, and I managed some exercise (an hour’s walk). It’s good to see the days stacking up.

  • Yesterday’s goals - log everything/stay in the green - yes! Today, same again... Good work @merope2 for not stress eating. I’ve come close a couple of times recently but managed not to because I knew I’d have to log it. Taking it one day at a time seems to really help me.

  • Yes, yes, yes - a couple of good length walks today which I wouldn't have done if I hadn't been using MFP. I think my main victory this month (so far) is that I feel I'm getting to grips with logging all my food. I've managed 12 days straight (all under goal), which is new for me.
