Thanks for all your replies. I'm gonna start by eating back 50% of my cals mainly because I snack a lot at work (nurse always on my feet) although I have found I'm actually quite full after snacks then lunch so should maybe cut done on the snacks. I weigh 155 looking to be around 135. 800cal is from 1.5hrs of strength and…
