Mine is something similar. My ex and I were having bad problems so I tried working out for him. Then when we divorced, I missed going to the gym and eating good foods. So it has now become a stress relief and a moment for myself.

Congrats! It's not for everyone. I don't actually use it for HTN. Truthfully, I just don't like the flavor of salt.

It can, but you really need to speak with a Dr when following this. Its designed for uncontrolled high blood pressure, but has secondary perks of weight loss. It's a life style choice, this isn't a diet you can just quit.

Depends on the level of "tone" you're going for. Solid definition with cuts (?) needs the progressive workout you're talking about. I don't want that. I lift weights with cardio mixes. I don't lift to bulk. I'm toning right now so I stick with light stuff.
