Fighting with odd work schedules.
I work 3-12hour night shifts as a nurse, so it rough to follow a real diet. I try to follow the dash diet and do well on my days off. I'm really struggling while I'm at work. Workout routine
What is everyone's normal exercise routine? I'm in the gym weight lifting with cardio 3x week. Then I run 2ish miles the other two days.
