I also think their portion sizes are huge,kpw818. I just cut my half in half (we get the two-person meals) and log in half the calories.

I really like BA. I love how I can choose the three meals I want each week (out of 8 choices), and all of the meals have nutritional information. Plus, a lot of the meals are already logged into MFP. The only thing is that these aren't quick meals to make - they usually take between 35 - 50 minutes.

Yes, that's true. Also, it probably depends on the needs of the person. Since I'm losing weight, my nutritionist suggested 1500 calories a day, but even when I wasn't, I couldn't eat a whole portion of Blue Apron without feeling a little stuffed.

I think the more seasonings you put on chicken, the better. Chicken itself is so bland. I have a rub that has thyme, basil, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, cumin, sea salt, black pepper, and a little chili powder. And none of that adds any calories (I don't think).

Alcohol and sleepiness. Also, working at a computer. I love crunching on something while I'm typing.

There is a good zombie app that I think is similar to this called Zombie Run or RunZombie - something like that.
