  • I am 5' 8" and when I was down to 130-135 the smallest size I could wear was a size 9/10. It is crazy how body shapes/sizes can be so different.
  • I was just wondering the same thing. I am not doing C25K but my own version and my running time is starting to increase but still mostly walking so I'm not sure when to make the change. I am thinking once I am running more than walking is when I will make the change.
  • I recently just went and they sized me up one size than I normally get. I was surprised but they feel great!
  • My favorite is the Opa jalapeño ranch dressing. It is a greek yogurt dressing and is found in the cooler in the veggie section. It is half the calories as regular dressings but it tastes great. I was never a dressing person until I tried this one. It doesn't taste as heavy as the other dressings, if that makes any sense.
  • I workout before a meal. I can do it in the morning or afternoon but always before I eat. I do try to have a small snack on the way to the gym but I can't do much on a full stomach.

  • We have someone at my work that comes in and is a smoker and tries to cover it up with perfume. It is the worst smell ever. She smells like she rolled around in an ashtray and dumped the perfume bottle on her. It give me a headache every time she walks through my office.
  • I use frozen fruit instead of ice. I think the ice just makes it taste watered down.
  • Do you have a running club or running coach in your area? You could always start there to get the correct form if you think you're a bit off. It will go a lot easier if you get the correct form down.
  • It is doable but without knowing the route I wouldn't do it. My 8 mile bike ride to work is torture with all the hills but my 20 mile fun morning ride is nice and easy without lots of hills so it makes for a nice easy ride.
  • I like coconut water in my smoothies but that's about it. The taste by itself is nasty to me. Water in smoothies makes them taste watered down and juice kind of over powers the smoothie but I find that coconut water is perfect.

  • I am so far loving the Apple watch for a fitness tracker. I like how everything comes together on the health app.
