My best advice is to just stick with. It is hard, the scales wont move, measurements wont move, but then one day they will and youll feel great, and youll be so happy you didnt give up. My weight loss is very slow but i never give up

Happy to lose 700g this 1st week. Workouts were on point with a mix of weights and walking as well as a vigorous job 3 days a week. Nutrition slacked over the weekend, but the rest was pretty good. Definitely could be better. Learning some new things while reading books by tiffany hall has helped change the way i see food…

Great day 1. Spot on cals and a great weights session. Day 2 not as great. A little slip up this morn but pulled it back in to finish off ok. Nice brisk walk in the cold too.
