Starting weight 76. Currently 74. Been sticking to Pro Points for about a week. And eating within my 11-7 window. Also have to watch my wheat and lactose sensitivity. Typical days... Coffee black Smooshed date/nut balls Ryvitas with ham feta or chicken salad Snack of some sort - yogurt/chocolate Chicken/meat & salad/veggies

I keep forgetting about the actial workouts here. Oops. Usually do my own thing. Day 1 (1/1) work (im a cleaner so usually fairly vigorous exercise. This is the only day it counted as a workout though) Day 2 walk Day 3 walk Day 4 home weights

So my usual rollercoaster has begun. This (new) plan for a week and no change. Ive gotta keepmy head together with the week before xmas or ill go right off track. And ive been too good to f it up. Planning 2 days of indulgence and then hitting it hard

PB2 is a great low option. Most 'light' ones are full of salt or sugar. I use kraft natural crunchie. Its literally just crushed peanuts

Are they still changing it all the time? Omg. Why fix something that isnt broken. I lost 20kg in 9 mths with WW after bub #2 on points. Then it changed to something else? (left anyway finances) went back years later after bub #3 (short lived). It changed to pro points?! Tried again couple years ago, was smart points. Wth!

I did for 8 mths. Lost about 8kg and felt quite good. Then plateaud so tried 5.2 in conjunction. Did nothing for 2 months. So back on 16.8 (and eating 80% of my TDEE) and already feeling much better and losing (official WI tomorrow morning)

1 week in. Down 800g to 70.9. Would like to have seen a bigger loss but its still a loss. Happy to crack the 70 as its been a while. Managed 3 fast days. 2 under 500 1 just over. Dont know where youre all from, but as an aussie, ive only ever used a woo for like a "well done/good on you" never knew it would be used for anything more. Id woo you to your effort, loss, planning and sticking to it :)

First WI for challenge = 71.7kg. So my 6 week goal is 65.2kg. First FD yesterday, 420 odd cals. No problem. Feed day today. Not going to overdo it

Dont give in. Youre weight fluctuates so much during 24hrs and only 9 days wont tell a true story. Ive found our weights always a week behind, so at least 2 weeks of being perfect before u see results
