Turning 40 in march - just over 5 months away - and desperately need to lose fat, and gain muscle. Looking at approx 20kg but im not going to obsess over the scales.

    Going ok. 77.7 atm. Not really a change down a few cm but also nothing drastic. Revamping my diet this week. Fingers x'd for a change...
    B: egg muffins or PB toast, blk coffee
    S: date and nut balls (homemade) fruit
    L: chicken salad, rye wrap + parmesan
    S: date n nut balls/prot bar
    D. chicken rice & vegg, curry or soy sauce
    E: 30-45 min walk or weights or circuit

    Woo hoo! Finally in the 76's .... 76.1kg. Think i may have finally found my weight loss mojo. Had 1 night off with pizza and some nibbles and will continue to, to stay "normal"
    Cant wait to see next weigh in

    Wow been a while since i posted here. Been doing anything and everything, mostly dabbling in 16:8 WOL. As of today im actually sitting on 72.3. So lost about 4kg. A few health issues arent helping
