6 week 5:2 challenge

I challenge myself to lose 1 stone (6.5kg) in 6 weeks on 5.2 diet. (Or AFD - alternate fast days)
16:8 helped me lose 8kg this year. I still have 12kg to go. So now its time to shake it up.

First WI for challenge = 71.7kg. So my 6 week goal is 65.2kg.
First FD yesterday, 420 odd cals. No problem. Feed day today. Not going to overdo it0 -
Fast day done. 471 cals. Feeling hunger pains in the belly tonight. Hopefully this cup of peppermint tea helps1

1 week in. Down 800g to 70.9. Would like to have seen a bigger loss but its still a loss. Happy to crack the 70 as its been a while. Managed 3 fast days. 2 under 500 1 just over. All NFD came under 1600 bar the first one. Experimented with new recipes. Overall happy with my commitment. Will try to eat better on my NFD this week.1
