Reboot
Starting a reboot. lost a bit, then lost motivation. Mojo is back. Im 40+ working mum, with approx 14kg to lose. Have pulled out my old WW books, in conjunction with 16:8. And this is my accountability post. The more im on here, the more i stay motivated. Join me if you like (id like to have a small group to get to know)

12kg to go
This will be my personal blog to stay accountable. Join me if you want. I lost 8kg this year doing 16:8, then plateaud for 4 months. Now ive changed my plan, re introduced breakfast, healthier foods and stepping up the exercise. CW: 71 HW: 79 GW: 59 or less

6 week 5:2 challenge
I challenge myself to lose 1 stone (6.5kg) in 6 weeks on 5.2 diet. (Or AFD - alternate fast days) 16:8 helped me lose 8kg this year. I still have 12kg to go. So now its time to shake it up. Ill post SW tomorrow

16:8 buddies
Hey. Ive been doing 16:8 WOL this year, and have lost 8kg. But i want to step it up to rid 12 or so more. (Limiting carbs this past couple weeks help shift a long plateu.) Now id love some buddies to do this with. Whos with me :D

Counting down to 40
Turning 40 in march - just over 5 months away - and desperately need to lose fat, and gain muscle. Looking at approx 20kg but im not going to obsess over the scales. SW: 78kg
