Starting a reboot. lost a bit, then lost motivation. Mojo is back.
Im 40+ working mum, with approx 14kg to lose. Have pulled out my old WW books, in conjunction with 16:8.
And this is my accountability post. The more im on here, the more i stay motivated. Join me if you like (id like to have a small group to get to know)

    Starting weight 76. Currently 74.
    Been sticking to Pro Points for about a week. And eating within my 11-7 window. Also have to watch my wheat and lactose sensitivity.
    Typical days...
    Coffee black
    Smooshed date/nut balls
    Ryvitas with ham feta or chicken salad
    Snack of some sort - yogurt/chocolate
    Chicken/meat & salad/veggies
