30 weeks to 40

So this is my challenge if anyone wants to join me. (Ive actually never posted on this site before)
Theres exactly 30 weeks until i turn the big 40. Id like to lose approx 20kg (dependant also on how much muscle i can build)

Weights been up and down all my life. Before during and since kids. Always ended up around 70kg (im 5'2 so 60 is better for me) but in the last couple years ive pushed it up to 79! So this is like a last stitch effort to lose the fat.

    Great day 1. Spot on cals and a great weights session. Day 2 not as great. A little slip up this morn but pulled it back in to finish off ok. Nice brisk walk in the cold too.

    Happy to lose 700g this 1st week. Workouts were on point with a mix of weights and walking as well as a vigorous job 3 days a week. Nutrition slacked over the weekend, but the rest was pretty good. Definitely could be better. Learning some new things while reading books by tiffany hall has helped change the way i see food as fuel.
