I've had to lower the weights and the amount of reps some what. I'm far more out of shape that I thought I might have been. Oh well. Time to start slowly building up again.
I'm terrified of trying a plank... I don't really want to know how badly I've gotten out of shape since the beginning of the year!2 -

the positive thing is that you are doing something so that's always a step in the right direction. as far as a plank is concerned do the best you can even if u start at 10 seconds, you will build up to longer periods of time.1 -

for those doing the arm challenge: has anyone increased the amount of weight from what they started with? i find the increased reps quite challenging with the amount of weight i have been using so i have upped my lbs. just checking in to get some feedback.1 -

I've been switching back and forth. First day of 8 reps I used 3lbs and second day of 8 reps I used 5lbs and so on for each set. The 3 lbs are enough but I'm trying to push myself1
