arms: day 1 ✔ since this is a 21 day challenge i figure it would be ok to start today giving me plenty of time to finish b4 the end of the month.

@MiamiSeoul yes the amount of weight really did make a difference in the hourglass challenge. started w/ 10lbs. had to go down to 5. wish my gym had 7.5lbs2
