That can't be right, unless there is meat in it, there is going to be very little protein in lo mein.

Mine is horrible! Hashbrowns from burger king! However, I am not going to let that define my day. I counted those calories and finished my workout. I need to realize that one slip up does not ruin everything and I cannot use that as an excuse to let the rest of the day go!

There is a book called 366 ways to cook rice, beans and grains. It does not advertise as a vegan book, but most of the recipes are vegan. The recipes make large quantities. Soups and salads that can be made ahead.
