Eh..I did it. Lost 54 from Feb 22 to May 22. My doctors monitored my progress. But at her current weight, that would be, well, very difficult Reddy...I would also see your doctor (I started out a lot heavier than you)

I never cheated. I pretty much eat anything I want to as long as I dont go over my daily calorie goals. But I also never binged since I started. I came close tho. I was In the drive thru of a McDonalds to grab two breakfast sandwiches. I drove my car out of that line. But that was the closest I cam to eating something…

A few things 1. I stare at my weight loss progression graph here 2. I watch "My 600lb life." 3. I watch "Extreme Weight Loss." 4. I measure myself and also try on my older clothes to see how much I lost so far

I had that issue too. For me, my fix is a box of skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. 120 calories...ehh better than a bag of Reese's peanut butter cups lol And it curbed my crazy cravings

As Professor Snape once said, "Always."

I've heard good things about it. Alas, I can't afford it...I splurged for the Fitbit charger hr tho. I use a reg digital scal and manually enter the weight on my Fitbit app and that app transfers it here

If you do weight watcher or not, stay away from their frozen meals. There's enough salt in those packages to kill a horse. Salt creates water retention. I tried weight watchers. It's the same principle as counting calories. However, logging calories is free. Weight watchers is not. If you want weight watchers to have a lot…

Honestly? I made myself stop eating after a certain time. It's only a personal goal of mine to not eat anything after dinner. I do have snacks...but nothing after dinner

This reminds me of the time when my ex stepfather had a weekly pill case with 5 different vitamin pills for everyday. It did absolutely nothing for him but made him a little bit poorer

A calorie is a calorie but nutrition is important. Someone could eat 1500 calories a day or 7000 and still be malnourished I eat lazy cow ice cream almost every night...not because it's special somehow..but because the calories are pretty decent I always make sure I'm eating the right nutrients too

For me, it's just a personal preference.

Unless it's an egg I always weigh everything
-
The only shake I drink is a regular protein shake I stay away from gimmicky things

My friend also said she's losing 7 pounds a week in those body wraps and the fruit punches . I won't glorified the company name because I looked them up and they're a scam It seems like my friend and your friend was told to put the same message on their fb

I do because veggies have calories. My half a cup of Lima beans are 100 calories
-
Hmm wow..that's so weird. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and my body is toning up pretty well. Fake muscles I guess
-
Greek yogurt helps me a lot
-
For me, I only have two: My Fitbit app and this app. They work fine for me :) Fitbit moves my exercise here. Myfitnesspal moves my food to my Fitbit app
-
Everyone's different. But I personally don't eat back my exercise calorie spent But in all honesty, do what makes you happy.
-
Greek Yogurt. It's light. Easy to eat. Packed in protein

Preach eeet :)

I don't have a choice. My Fitbit puts it in there...and I like that. It's a satisfying feeling seeing how much I possibly burnt With that said, I never eat into my exercise calories burnt

Bow ties and fez hats are cool. ;)

I'm in the same boat as you :) feel free to add me. We can keep each other accountable

I used to think the same way (well, except for the passionate offense you have against them) until I bought one and realize I was over sizing my food to the point of a 400 calorie excess a day. Don't put down a food scale. Some of us are successful using them. Saying using one is ridiculous is a bit extreme don't u think?

A quarter inch thick slice about four inches long for me is about one ounce ...I can usually slice right down to an exact ounce. I know this because many times I'll buy a pot roast, cook it, and slice it up for lunch...it'll last 5 days. Roasts are usually around 70 calories an ounce. I'd say just grab a couple slices and…

Not saying it was a good idea lol. I pretty much couldn't really do anything on a treadmill the next day. Hence why I did it only once. My average steps per day is 20k on days I workout. About 10k on other days

I actually keep my daily intake right around 1200 a day. My lunch is usually around 450ish, dinner 500 and I normally have a yogurt for breakfast and another one for a snack
