Yeah, I got very lucky. The bike shop announced they got that bike in..the right size. I was waiting at the front doors before they open to snag it the following morning. Literally 5 minutes after I told them I wanted it, two others came in for it. I had absolutely no idea bikes were in such high demand. I think I spent…

My first choice was a Trek Road bike, Domane SL 5 (but they had a 11 month waiting list :( But the gravel bike is really fun! I saved about 800 bucks and still having a blast (honestly, I am kinda glad I got the gravel bike..I absolutely cannot see myself on a road bike at my weight keeping up with those road folks lol

sure! Here's my bike There's an old railroad path about 4 miles from my house. Goes from central PA into Maryland

CICO is a scientific formula tho. I follow the CICO and it works. I may sometimes hit a plateau every now and then but I am literally losing the weight my calorie forecast shows in 5 weeks. It's the only way of eating that has worked for me....because it's rooted in scientific data :)

I had a fit bit charge HR and I loved it. Then I upgraded to a Fitbit blaze. And I love that one even more

I proved calorie and calorie out only works. One week I ate nothing but donuts ice cream and other sweets just to see if it really was on par with science. I would never recommend this and I felt horrible that week but I lost the same amount of weight that week as I do when I lose weight eating the healthy foods of the…

I bought a digital food scale, I eat 1200 calories a day and the most important thing: I have friends who keep me accountable. For exercises, I normally do cardio 5 times a week on a treadmill. However, I recently broke my ankle so that's on hold for a little bit. Also, I don't let my scale ruin my life lol. If I don't…

I was right where you are on February 2016. Right now I'm at 75 pounds weight loss and I have never felt as better as I have right now. Personally I still have about 45 pounds to go but trust me it'll be the best experience of your life. It's definitely worth the struggles and tears.

Every morning when I get up for me

I'm 5'6 and my personal goal is 135

Yes, I pretty much eat whatever I want as long as it's under my calorie goal for the day. I've had the best weight-loss results through doing it this way rather than cutting out entire chunks of food

The only diet soda I can't stand is Diet Coke. I enjoy everything else diet

Thanks everyone!

Eggs Eggs Eggs Eggs Orgasm with every bite. Lol

I don't drink shakes for weight loss. I drink them before an intense workout.

OK I'll have to look that one up lol

You'll need to resync your Fitbit while it's charging. Each type of Fitbit is different. For example, if you have a Fitbit charge hr, hold down the button while it's charging until you get a "v2" on the screen You'll be good to go.
-
Well it all depends on how much more calories you're consuming after you cut sugar out
-
Thanks all! I still have a lot more to go but I'm getting there!

I normally have three scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese one two whole wheat slices of bread. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet too. I usually cook this up for a quick meal (I'm not entirely sure why you think eggs are high calorie) Hell, sometimes I throw turkey bacon on it too. My diary is public. Feel free to look. I'm an egg…

Mine isn't...not with calories or heartbeat. When I exercise, it's off by 20 beats per minute
-
No. Too expensive, too much sodium.

I have a garmen chest strap hr and I have a Fitbit. When I wear the garmen and the Fitbit, the Fitbit was inaccurate by 24 beats per minute...this adds up tremendously with calorie inaccuracies when you run an hour an a half. Fitbit was worn perfectly. I've had it for almost a year. They tested the Fitbit in a controlled…

I don't trust my Fitbit calorie burnt whatsoever. That is one thing I ignore on my Fitbit. One day it said I burnt 4000 calories above my bmi ...the day I was in bed all day with a summer flu. Another day, I did no exercise whatsoever and according to Fitbit, I burnt 3300 calories above my bmi doing absolutely nothing.
-
I don't count my Fitbit calories burnt.at.all. It's soooooo inflated. Nope. Nope. Lol I don't look at my Fitbit for the calories burnt. I use my fight for friend challenges, weight input, and steps and stairs. The hr and calories tool is fubar ....there's a reason why Fitbit is getting sued for their hr ;)

Negatory. 'Tis a scam, it is
