I use the Fitbit hr charger. It accurately monitors my heart rate when I exercise. This elimnates any calorie burn guessing game. For me...it was when I had three real cute skirts but were incredibly tight around my waist. I started to noticed when they weren't digging into my waist (about a month into weight loss) Now, I can't wear them...they slide down my legs :D

I started counting calories on Feb 22 2016. Started to work out 30 minutes a day 3 times a week in March. So far I've lost 53 pounds. I'm on a budget too. I can get chicken breast, fish and other lean meats from the grocery store and it doesn't cost me a lot. How is that possible? The only way someone can say they lost 60lbs points in one month is if that person was 800 lbs and had gastric bypass. Also...a 60 pound weight loss equates to get over 210,000 calories burned in just over one month. I hate to call anyone out ...but 60 lbs in one month? Hmm
