Shoot I never stretch :( so hard to do when I'm soo not flexible lol.

I absolutely hate wearing anything close to around my neck feels like it will make me throw up. Neck ties are a severe no go for me. I have also started eating smaller meals

How much time before bed for your last meal/snack do you think is good? 3 hrs?

So you have to take that medication for life now?

I have been once a while ago recommended no fried foods and gave me a antacid prescription.

Maybe I'll try and kick it up to 7 hrs a day see how that helps. My weight loss seems to be going fairly well so far 10 lbs in 3.5 weeks.

I use polar h7 chest strap with digifit app has been pretty good and reviews are great.
