After having it for 30+ years on scalp and knees and elbows and using prescription topicals for all that time I have finally found that Low carb eating has all but eliminated mine. Also, when I do get a spot of it this has worked wonders: https://www.summerherbal.com/products/sorion-herbal-cream Your first Order is buy one…

I know this sounds yuck but I read it in a blog and love it. Cottage cheese with Franks hot sauce and chopped walnuts!

Lifting 5 days a week (because I love it😊) Running 3 days a week (because I love food😆) SUP on spring/summer weekends (because it’s relaxing) Tennis once a week (because it’s fun) SUP yoga when the water is still enough😊 I’ve been running about 3 years, the heavy lifting I’ve been doing for 13 months. I’ve got a lot of…

Keto connect is great! Pinterest also has tons! Easy keto dinner for me-some kind of meat/protein, green veggies and a creamy sauce

I second the Aftershokz. They are awesome. I run alone often so my son got these for me for Christmas. You can listen to your music but still hear your surroundings.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hCDzSR6bW10 This is a really great video that breaks down form for deadlifts and explains what you may be doing to cause lower back pain and how to correct it

I just ordered the Proform Smartpro 9000 after doing a ton of research and reading reviews. You may want to check with your Health Insurance provider, I saved 30% on mine by going through it. A lot of insurers are offering discounts on exercise related purchases.

Around 20-30 net a day. Mostly from veggies and 3 grams every evening from an enlightened ice cream bar which I cannot live without-yum!

I drink a Diet Pepsi everyday. It doesn’t seem to cause any ill effect. I have recently started using Monkfruit sweetener in baking and in my coffee. It’s still a bit pricey, but much better tasting in my opinion than any of the artificial sweeteners.

Forever 21 has cute crew neck muscle tanks for around $10, some have graphics, some not. I’m happy to shell out $$$ for my leggings but go cheap on the tops since I usually end up snagging them on weights😊. Also try Amazon. The brand Mippo is one I can vouch for.

I have a knockoff I got on Amazon for around $25. I didn’t want to hang from ceiling mount so I just hang it from the pull up bar on my squat cage. Works great. So many different exercises you can do!

I’ve been eating a Keto Diet for about 9 months. I keep my net carbs at around 20-25 grams a day. II is still about CI/CO, however I find restricting carbs help me personally to do that while still feeling satisfied. Carbs made me crave more carbs. I loved all the sugar and bread. I don’t crave them anymore. I didn’t have…

Wow! Way to go. What an inspiration!

https://www.copymethat.com/r/7iSy4tC/nutritional-yeast-keto-bread/ Best one I’ve found so far and I’ve tried dozens. Make a batch every week. Quick and easy and very good toasted. This one is okay in a pinch when you need it fast. Only takes a couple of minutes. I use almond and coconut flour version:…

Water retention! And if you are gulping air during the intense workout that could contribute as well!

How did you have it tested?

You are a Rock Star

Not sure why my post got cut off. Anyway, I ran a couple of miles the day before race just to loosen up and shake off nerves. Good luck and have fun!

I would second the don't go out too fast advice. Did my first half in November. Thought I wouldn't get caught up in the excitement and would pace myself as I did in training. Unfortunately, I got excited and went out too fast. The last two miles were pretty rough because of it

You can bring one guest per day. No limit on how many times the same guest can join you. A guest can workout with you but cannot do massage or tanning. They need to show ID and sign in. Not sure if they contact them to push memberships at some point or not.

I'm sorry, it's not posting my full reply! Not sure what I'm doing wrong!

I had only ever did a couple of 5k races before (and struggled through them). I started running more in April and decided to train for a half Marathon (which is two weeks from today

Started out running on the treadmill in March. Logged around 12-16 miles a week. Was really nervous about transitioning to outdoor running because runner friends told me that treadmill running is easier as the belt is helping to propel you forward. I have now been doing all of my runs outside for about 6 weeks. Not sure if…

Yogurt! Light and fit key lime crumble and strawberry cheesecake! 130 calls. Don't know how I'd survive without them!

I love Athleta and Lululemon because the colors and prints are great. Athleta Renew racer back tanks are my favorite, I have every color. They have a high neck so don't have to worry about the girls making an appearance during runs, tennis or yoga

On toast or with sliced tomato!

I posted a similar question a month ago. Several people asked if I was weighing my food on a kitchen scale (I wasn't). I started to weigh most everything 2 days later. It's been about 4 weeks and I've lost 5 lbs and 11 inches. Even single serving items weigh differently from what is stated on the package:). The calories…
