Add me if you like. I have 5 kids. I've lost 107 pounds this year. I have 108 or so to go. Hard to believe I've come so far yet have so far to go. But I don't plan on quitting this time.

When I made it beyond that is when I lost 85 pounds. Fighting for freedom, not a certain look.

For some, getting beyond this is key. When I finally stopped relying on other people to motivate or support me, and decided that Jesus and I got this with or without them, is how I stuck with it through the good and bad and lost 85 pounds.

I love fast food. I will never stop eating it. I have changed what I eat there, how much and how often. And my goal weight is 164. You may have to compromise with yourself if you don't want to fail. 1200 calories is tough. I've upped mine tp 1400 for now. Don't have too many rules. Like you have to eat 1200 and quit fast…

I only weigh on Thursday or Friday. Once per week. 3 pounds down today, so 343 today :-)
