Exercise has 100% controlled my anxiety. When I feel anxious at night (I have crippling anxiety coupled with night terrors and insomnia) I head to the gym.

I agree with this. It starts with baby steps. When you want to snack, eat fruit or veggies. I also love Triscuits or Wheat Thins, but you have to be sure and count them out. Remember - even if you're taking baby steps, you're still lapping everyone who's sitting on the couch!!

It depends on how you look at it. I drink about a gallon a day of unsweetened green tea. I love it. It's a healthy, natural source of caffeine to keep me focused, and it helps aid metabolism in the same way that water does - by keeping you hydrated. So, in a way, sure. It can help metabolism.

Why are you spending so much more money? I purchase ground turkey instead of ground beef (much cheaper), frozen chicken tenderloins instead of fresh Breasts (also much cheaper), and LOADS of frozen veggies (usually at $0.89 a bag) and frozen fruits. Overall I'm spending a lot less.

This doesn't look like it's very many cals, which means you will be hungry. Hunger is not good. Focus on whole grains and veggies to get good carbs and fiber, and lean meats (chicken, turkey) for protien. That's what has worked for me.
