Net Calories
What number should I try to reach for my net calories? For example: Today I ate around 1700 cals. I burned around 1500 at the gym. That gives me roughly 200 net cals. That seems really low... what should it be?

I am struggling today to get my calories in. I'm just not hungry! I recently stopped taking one of my Psych medications and started a new one, and I think this might be the reason. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I sprained my ankle pretty badly tonight. I won't be able to do my usual jogging/walking and cycling for a while yet.
