I go to the gym about five times a week and jumping rope is the first thing I do when I walk in.I do the eleptical and treadmill, but jumping rope is my main cardio. It really burns more calories at a much faster rate.

I do both and I have lost 61 pounds in about a year and a half. I'm 48 and I do light cardio like the eleptical and treadmill.
