Started at 236, down to 175 in one year. Just need a little help on how to maintain it.

For a while, you'll probably still want to calorie count (if that's how you lost it before) after a while you will get used to how much you can eat to maintain your weight, and won't have to worry about counting or weighing.1

Oh no! It's bad enough wanting to do that whilst trying to lose weight - let alone continuing to do so when you've lost it!0

You need a maintenance range, not 1 set number. If you're 175 then a range of 172- 178. Don't panic till you're over that!1
