Started at 236, down to 175 in one year. Just need a little help on how to maintain it.

    For a while, you'll probably still want to calorie count (if that's how you lost it before) after a while you will get used to how much you can eat to maintain your weight, and won't have to worry about counting or weighing. :)

    Oh no! It's bad enough wanting to do that whilst trying to lose weight - let alone continuing to do so when you've lost it! :)

    You need a maintenance range, not 1 set number. If you're 175 then a range of 172- 178. Don't panic till you're over that!
