  • After reading some these, mine aren't too weird :) A go to of mine is a can of tuna with some sriracha. Super low cal, maybe throw in some crackers for carbs too. The other day I wanted a salad with chicken breast in it, but had no chicken. So, I chopped up some turkey lunch meat and threw it in. It was delicious.
  • I quit cigarettes about 3 years ago. Picked up an e-cig habit about a year after that. Was using an e-cig for about a year then quit that cold turkey 3 months ago. The cravings are pretty much gone now. Although, when I get a whiff of a freshly lit cigarette, it still smells heavenly. Feel free to add me
  • Blue cheese dressing! I used to love dipping them in McDonald's Hot Mustard too, but they don't have it anymore :(
  • I eat a lower calorie popcorn at night. It helps me feel like I'm getting a high volume of (snack) food, but also not costing many calories.   • I would prefer mornings and really enjoyed them before, but my 2 year old doesn't allow me to get to bed at a decent time. So, it's very difficult to get up early enough. I always work out in the evenings
