I will if I really feel okay. I need to not fixate on a number.

Ok, I guess I just feel like I'm already looking noticeably thinner and I can't imagine needing to lose another 13lbs. I probably am just used to being a little overweight though. I need to press all the way to 129.

I have been following MFP exactly and have lost 11lbs in 11 weeks. Yes, it works. Log everything, eat back most of the calories, change up your workouts, and enjoy life while you lose.

I'm use GNC's Lean Shakes but I'm going to try the Fitmiss shakes from Amazon soon. I work at a job where I don't leave my desk at lunch. You guys can look at my food today and see that I think I'm doing pretty well even using a meal replacement shake. I'm not say it is ideal and I don't drink them every day but during…

I think you will go past the 180lb mark if you keep at it. I'm sure most of us wish it would go faster but just keep going. You will get there. I've been losing 1lb/week and I wish I would just have a huge jump week but I'm just thankful it's going in the right direction.

I don't see how that is possible. I'm 5'3", losing 1lb/week, and I get 1340 cal before I even add any workouts. This isn't adding up.

Using this calculator I would need to eat less than 1000 calories a day. I'm losing a lb/week eating 1400 calories a day.

I've just been using MFP and working out. I stay under my max calories and log everything. I try to workout a little every day or on the days I can't, I just eat very light. I do have a few days where I can't leave my desk so I drink a meal replacement shake. I try to walk as much as possible in addition to work outs.

I started at 154 and I'm 5'3". I set MFP to lose 1lb/week. I've lose 10lbs in 10 weeks and it hasn't been difficult. I'm hoping to be 129 by middle of July.

I've lost 10lbs in 10 weeks with MFP set to lose 1lb a week. Yes, you can definitely lose weight by just following MFP, eating less and moving more.
-
Yes, MFP is already calculating calories per day based on how much you want to lose so you can eat basically all the way up to the number of calories they give you.

I'm your same height. I set MyFitnessPal to lose 1lbs a week. I've been walking, using stationary bikes, running, and taking fitness classes. I've been staying under my calories all but just a very few days. I've lost a pound a week for the last 10 weeks in a row. It works. When people ask what I'm doing to lose weight, I…

This has nothing to do with the actual military. It's just a gimmicky name.

This isn't snark. This is honesty.

It is definitely NOT 1200 calories

This is why I chew gum while I cook dinner. I tend to eat the end of the cheese I just shredded or nibble on the heel of the bread I'm slicing, etc.

I've just started spin classes and I'm loving them. It burns a ton of calories and it is more fun than I thought it would be.

I had to stop doing low carb because of dizzy spells and stomach cramps so bad that it sent me to the ER. Low carb isn't for everyone.

I'm doing GNC shakes a few days a week to substitute for lunch and I'm going to buy FitMiss next. I can't leave my desk at work and I don't have much other choice. It seems to be helping and long term I find this is a good option if I know I'm going to eat for dinner or having a special meal. The GNC shakes do make me feel…

My husband's first run was to the mailbox. Then 2 mailboxes away. Then the little neighborhood street. Then 70lbs, a couple of rounds of P90x, weekly 5ks and occasional 10ks. We all start somewhere.

I'll have some dark chocolate tonight if I am well under my calorie goals. I have to stay on track though and there is so much bad to snack on at work. I have to make myself immediately change into workout clothes after work and go immediately to the gym or I get tempted to nap and waste the day.

Okay, great ideas. I don't think I probably should be 120 (I'm pretty curvy) but I would like to be in the upper 120s. Not sure if it will be by mid Summer but I'm going to try to do more strength training and I'm really getting into spin classes.

I'm in an odd situation that I cannot cook any of my own meals and a food scale really doesn't work here. I have just been using MFP though and it seems to be working with the data I put in.

I'm at 145 and the loose, saggy skin isn't going away. Unless I got a surgical tummy tuck, there doesn't seem much to do about that.

When MFP yells at me because I didn't eat enough calories for the day, one spoonful of Honey roasted PB is my go-to
