  • @DancingMossie Thank you. I do about 30 mins of cardio followed by some kind of weights. My calorie intack is pretty low, most days I don’t even reach my goal for calories
  • I've been eating pretty good for almost a month. No soda junk food candy sugars etc..... I've been trying to walk also. Down about 7 pounds.
  • Hi ladies! Please feel free to add me I could use support as well. I am 26 with my second child who is 8 month old. I breastfeed and want to continue but need to lose weight. I gained about 50 pounds this time around. Advise would be great
