I've had "lame" days, too, but then I think back to when I wasn't working out at all and how that half hour or mile walk or whatever I consider lame today, would have been a serious workout back then!!

9/10 (day 24) - 2.13 mile walk with the dogs & 1.5 hours push mowing. 9/11 (day 25) - 3.5 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:04 pace.... So far, it's a beautiful day & hope to get more activity in after doing all the boring stuff for the week like vacuuming! :)

8/12 (day 9) - I was *this* close to not exercising yesterday & just starting over, but my daughter & I went out at 9:00 last night & did a 1.2 mile walk :) 8/13 (day 10) - 2 mile hike with my family.
