Today 50 mins at the gym rowing and weights (mostly upper body) plus abs thrown in at the end.
It's good for me to have some accountability - thanks everyone!1 -
Ugh...I need to reset my day to 0. It was an extremely busy day...rain, rain, rain, in addition to working overtime and helping my sister figure out why her car is not working and also going to an appointment.0
-

Nothing wrong with a reset. My second attempt, I ended up with this nasty flu and I had to rest for a week. UGH! Life happens. Just start over!

Day 1-- 44-minute outdoor walk -- 300 calories burned.2 -
9/9 (day 23) - 4.03 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:23 pace.0

Day 4 - so today was kind of emotional - someone I knew well is in the ICU and expected to pass over the weekend. She was unconscious, it was probably good to go, but I am exhausted now - couldn't face dealing with people at the gym.
I did however walk a lot today - to and from the hospital and then through endless corridors - so I have a total of 52 minutes walking and shortly I am going to break out the yoga DVD's and do a 20 minute yoga session0 -
Day 26- 3 mile walk.....20 min pilates/core...P90X31
-
Day 71- The day was CRAZY and I wasn't home for long but I worked in a half hour walk. Since my minimum exercise goal is a half hour, I'm counting it, although, it seems a little lame to me.
Day 72- Eighty minutes Leslie Sansone 5 big miles.2 -
Day 5 - at the gym for an hour - some cardio - bike and rowing machine and some weights - feels good!
1 -
9/10 (day 24) - 2.13 mile walk with the dogs & 1.5 hours push mowing.
9/11 (day 25) - 3.5 mile walk with the dogs at a 15:04 pace.... So far, it's a beautiful day & hope to get more activity in after doing all the boring stuff for the week like vacuuming!0 -

Day 72- Eighty minutes Leslie Sansone 5 big miles.
I've had "lame" days, too, but then I think back to when I wasn't working out at all and how that half hour or mile walk or whatever I consider lame today, would have been a serious workout back then!!1 -
Day 32
CCB - one mile walk
MOM - 1/2 hour cardio workout and One mile walk.
Day 33
CCB - two mile walk
MOM - two mile walk1 -

Thank you for your wise words. Well said. There was a time when I would have limped after a half hour walk.1 -
Day 73- (I don't know how I missed recording this, I know I meant to pop on here!) 78 minutes "Slim in six"
Day 74- 70 minutes Leslie Sansone "Walk away the Pounds." I redid the first mile on the four mile walk, so five miles total.1 -
