Im trying to focus on abs so thats the reason. Not sure if body is capable of burning that over night... thanks for the input.

Avoid hard surfaces as concrete... go on the grass if possible... I run on the street, cant do laps...

Thanks Jess, I do take supplements, but pretty much hit a wall every time I reach my peaks. Usually no spot at the gym so I cant really get out of my confort zone... thats when I stop seeing growth
