Its definitely the way to go. I started August 21st and I am down 33 pounds with Keto and I.F. and I am never hungry on this eating style. I love it!

Current weight: 413 Short term : 350 Long term : 200 Been on Keto going on 2 and a half weeks and I’m done 28 so far. Just needs to keeping going. Slow and steady wins the race.

Pinterest has no many Keto recipes. Good ones too I enjoy pizza, mashed potatoes and ice cream the Keto way!

Most of that weight gain is only water. Fine tune your diet plan, add a little more cardio and you will be right back on the saddle.

I just hear horror stories of people losing weight and also losing their hair, not being able to eat normal again. I at least want to be able to eat with my family on the holidays and not eat vitamins all day for the rest of my life. I've lost 80 in a yr before and eventually gained it back but now I'm motivated more than…

Yeah especially in the beginning when you are trying to lose weight. Once a week is overkill at 1st.
