  • It's a beautiful day--I put in my Walk at Home video for the first time in a long time! I completed a modified version of the one-mile walk, completing 500 steps per Hollyhock's suggestion above. Technical difficulties prevented me from accessing Netflix for the newer walks on YouTube, so I fell back to my original DVD.…
