Sushi surprises me every single time. I should know by now but traditional rolls always have so many cals and carbs in them... the tempura special rolls... don't even get me started on those haha.

If you can, choose to go in the morning. I work long and stressful hours at a surgeons office and when I get home, I just want to relax. I also find my energy levels and strength is completely zapped after work, and I have trouble sleeping if I use pre-workout or try to workout at night. I save my heavy or intensive…

For the next week, you should track every dollar you spend at dinner with your little one. Odds are, it may be close to if not more than what a gym membership would cost you every month. The irony is how much busier 24’s are and the awful *kitten* contest the…

I am in the process of getting back in the gym at 5 am as well! Great ideas! I too have a deskjob during our non surgical days. I get almost no steps in as I'm glued to the phone speaking to patients all day. Need to figure that out still.

Thank you so much for those great responses! I have no idea how to mention you both but I appreciate the feedback and the support! I have been thinking about going back to LT for quite some time now and I will start back up again in January! That's my happy place.
