Hello everyone; i'm a new member in MFP and i'm starving to loose fat in the shortest period of time. 2 years ago, i had a perfect body with a flat stomach and perfect hips and legs, but recently everything changed. i put lots of fats and my belly looks like one of a pregnant woman. The irony is that i'm not married or even old. i'm just 20 years old :'( .. i really want to change this but i know that i lack any sense of perseverance. I just want to know if any one of you had the same problem and succeeded in achieving his goal of fat loss & getting a perfect body, and how much effort & energy did it take. i really need your answers because i want someone to motivate me and ensure me that i will reach my goal if i work hard for it .. thank you in advance and good luck for all of you <3

Achieving and maintaining a body you want takes a lifetime of commitment to training and diet. It is not achieved by starving yourself - please don't do this. Set a sensible calorie goal for a reasonable rate of loss, accurately log everything you eat and drink, incorporate exercise (including weight/resistance training).

Commit to your goal and know that you are doing something every day to get closer to it.

that's absolutely right ! it's not a matter of diet but rather a complete change in lifestyle & eating habits. thank you for your motivating thought :)<3
