My goal is 100 in a year too. I have a wedding coming up so I am hoping that is enough to get me over the hurdle of quitting when it gets tough. I am only 1 week in and Im down 3.6. I wish you good luck!

Such great progress!!! I started at 330 a week ago - I am hoping for 10 lbs a month but secretly I really want 12 too!! I am hoping the exercise will create the extra 500 calorie deficit needed to lose that 3rd lb a week. Wishing you great positivity in your journey!

I jogged all week for 30 minutes but my legs were killing me yesterday. I only managed 15 minutes but I was proud to have done something instead of using it as an excuse to do nothing. Baby steps!

26.5 lbs to go to get under 300. I have a wedding in 1 year and 15 days and I want to make it to 100 lbs by then. At 230 Ill be at the weight I was about 4 years ago when I ran a 5K. I am going to get there and keep running until I reach my ultimate goal . . have not decided what that is yet LOL.
