I am with you! My goal over a year ago was to lose 100 lbs for my wedding. I ended GAINING 70. So frustrating. Wedding is over and now I need to get serious.

I bought a new cobalt blue fringe tankini - it's 3 sizes smaller than I wear now. I can't wait until it fits!

I weigh over 300 lbs and I can run for 30 minutes right now - Im just going 3 mph. Even though that is a walking speed, I pick my legs up and move as a runner. I sweat like CRAZY and really feel like I am running. I would just find a speed you are comfortable with.

I feel this way too sometimes and I hate it! Especially when I spend extra time on my hair and makeup and picking out a nice outfit, feeling really good and "thin" because I have lost 11 lbs. I usually put in 100 calories to account for the vegetables - especially if it's a bunch of stuff like peppers, onion, lettuce, tomato, carrots etc. Then Ill roughly estimate the cheese (if I have any) and add for 2 T of dressing. If there is meat I would add that separate too.

Im wondering if there are that many more calories in half a turkey sandwich as there are in a salad (assume with dressing) I would not have considered what you did as cheating.

Thank you so much - I knew I needed to hear all of that. I know logically I cannot be fixated on this number. The problem is that I thought I would be able to wait until October to order my dress and I just found out that it's August. So I am just taken aback. I am starting at 330.

Updated my stats to finish month 1 (which was really only 2 weeks for me) - Feeling like I could have done better but looking forward to seeing where I am at next month!!
