I typically have some grilled chicken with peppers and onions in the fridge ready for reheating. Toss in some salsa and diced avocado and its pretty fantastic quick meal. I also have bags of nuts everywhere.

I wear the Charge HR. I like it a lot. The only issues that I have with it is that the battery only last a few days and when I make deliveries in one of my company vehicles it thinks I'm on a bike ride. Thats a hilarious and understandable reason for not eating pork. How are they as pets? I've more or less switched to turkey bacon, which is a lie because its not bacon. I try to know what I'm going to get before I go out. It takes the spontaneity out of going out but it helps me stay on track.

I'm a South Florida native, which is one of the best places i have found for fresh fish. I am personally impartial to Yellowtail Snapper or Grouper, but will eat just about any saltwater fish. Not a big fan of freshwater fish, I downright hate salmon, and anything from a can makes my the very fiber of my soul sad.
