Losing weight during vacation is a big win! I have problems off and on with diarrhea, too. It usually hits mid-week for me if I have it.

It sounds like you are doing really well. Maybe instead of trying to remember to log all your meals for the day, focus on logging that morning avocado toast. Once that becomes a habit, then you can try to add in logging more meals/snacks!

I need to get back to logging my food. Even though I had a good outcome this week, when I don't log, it is easy to get off track.

Today is starting off well! I'm someone who steps on the scale daily, and as of this morning, I have lost 10% of my body weight! Yay! Tonight is my water fitness class. I love class days. They are so much fun! I hope everyone has a good day!

Ozempic comes in 2 mg, as well. Wegovy goes to 2.4 mg, so you may have some additional room. I hope you have minimal side effects, but great successes!

Today I took a cardio drumming pop up class at the gym, and it was a lot of fun. I worked up quite a sweat while using drumsticks to pound out my stress on a yoga ball to fun 80s music. What's not to love?!?
