Well, I can walk in the afternoons, but it would have to be no earlier than 6:45 or 7pm. I get off at 5 and have to take the family home. Let me know. Willing to work around schedules and maybe we can meet at a park and walk.

Yes it is. it will get easier as time goes on. Implement healthy items that are low in sodium gradually. You will notice that it will become the everyday norm. I've gotten to the point where I only use Mrs. Dash and honey. My food tastes great. you can do this chica!! Welcome to fitnesspal...

you lost 60? U go girl!! That is an accomplishment all in itself. You have probably plateaued but you will lose that last 10. Just stay consistent. Good luck!!
