Hi I’m katie, I’m not using it yet but I ha whist got in touch with a Distributor to use the pills and shakes. I need to loose just over two stone. It’s very expensive so I’m not sure weather to do it or not, any people lost weight on it? What would you recommend for my weight loss Journey? Just the pills? Veg and berry’s?…

Hi, add me! I'm in the same boat! My little girl is three and I've still got two stone to shift! I've been doing Jillian Michaels DVDs for two weeks now and a few others just so I don't get bored! I've also changed my eating habits and so far I've lost just over half a stone in three weeks!!:/)
