A man's smile and arms are the first two things I notice so I guess I'll go with that.

Yesterday I had the worst run in with something similar. I decided to treat myself to a very bad cheat meal at a restaurant and I was shocked at how many calories. I'm only allowed 1400 a day and that ONE meal had 1700 calories! So ashamed of myself.
