Does food make you feel guilty?

Today was one of those "mashed potatoes for lunch" days. I logged my meal only to have MFP tell me it was over 1,800 calories. I was floored, beat myself up over it. I haven't felt guilty about eating something in a very long time, so it sucked. Eventually, coming to my senses, I looked it up and found it was less than 500 calories. What the what?!? I'm glad I found the right information, but that feeling was terrible.

Yesterday I had the worst run in with something similar. I decided to treat myself to a very bad cheat meal at a restaurant and I was shocked at how many calories. I'm only allowed 1400 a day and that ONE meal had 1700 calories! So ashamed of myself.

But, he's a god. Not "The" God. He doesn't even have to do sit-ups.

I feel bad when I stuff myself like a little piggy. Except when we went to Fogo a few weeks ago, no shame there.
