i want to lose about 20 lbs for now , and ill set an other goal when that is done. - so far i have lost about 2 lbs only because im just starting - my daily calorie goal intake is 1200 because im not very active. at home i follow the videos on fitness blender, a mix of cardio and strength training. i try to workout 5 days…

i listen to it mostly because of friends but yeah

first week : start at a speed youre comfortable with but still makes you sweat. (if you really cant run or jog then start by walking , its perfectly fine) Then, every week following this, make your speed slightly faster until you can run. Also dont forget to strength train.

going to the shopping center and walking all day is great ^.^ and fun. if you dont like exercise walking is the best option i think. or sign up to a sport thing. i go to my college's pool personally
