Is it early in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening or at night? and why?
Ever since i started working out this has been happening to me : during the 5 days i workout i gain weight, and during the rest days i lose weight, i work out again and gain it all back, and when i stop i lose it again. why is that? my daily calorie goal is 1200
im burning about 200 calories daily (40 minutes) but im wondering if thats too low. how much do you guys try to burn on exercise days? (or time)
