I do an hour of cardio and find it is helping. Elliptical with added resistance is my favorite.

I *think* if I lose 15 more pounds I will feel confident in a bikini. It will already be summer by the time that happens but I'm planning a trip to California in August so hoping to be ready by then!

You could do some active things with her on weekends and have scheduled meals/snacks to just help her get into some healthier habits. I wouldn't make it about her weight just about living a healthy and active lifestyle.
