I was born in Beirut but grew up in the states. I used to eat Hummus everyday. I love the stuff. I like to make a wrap with hummus and black olives. Really simple and really filling.

Awesome, welcome. At first the transition is hard because like you said, it's a lifestyle change and something that you're not used to. Once you get in the groove though it becomes easier and easier and you start to really understand why your eating and exercise habits from before weren't good. Best of luck.

My dogs are terrified of that thing. Whenever they have to go near it, they'll get low to the ground, tails tucked between their legs and they'll stare at it the entire way until they are long past it.

Knowing it makes my wife happier. Feeling better about myself. Feeling like I'm back in shape. Being able to wrestle with my dogs without losing. Just kidding on that last one.. I've never lost.
