I work second shift so my last meal is after 12:01am unless I get to leave early. I log it under the previous day and if I go over a little I can put it on the next day. As long as you are within your calories on average you'll be okay.

I like Smirnoff red label vodka or Early Times or Jim Beam. I mix with diet sundrop.

I don't know about metabolism and psych meds. I am on 1mg haloperidol and I'm wondering the same thing. I know my med makes me lazy so that means less calories burned from being active.

I struggle with the same thing. If you can get yourself to microwave a pack of California blend veggies and eat that first it might help.

I'm 230 at 5'8.. My eating has been horrible these past two days, but I'm starting over and drinking water right now. My plan is to drink more water and go from there.

I did fine until I binged after eating my calorie goal. I rearranged my freezer and found a lot of mixed frozen veggies in there today, and I am going to the grocery store tomorrow.Oh well, tomorrow is a new day ..

Ugh, I ate too much today. I ate within my calorie range at first... but then I had to dip crackers into leftover chili on the stove, a sundrop, and spicy nacho doritos... :(

Hey, I'm 30/f/5'8 and 230 pounds. I hit a low of 196 before Thanksgiving a year ago...and then I just started gaining again(stopped mfp)..Just downloaded mfp on this phone. All time teen/adult low was 150 when I was 20..I was 225 in high school. I wish I was around 200..

I went to the doctor for this a month and a half ago. They tested my thyroid and it's fine. I think it's the medication I'm taking. I'm taking D ocolax once a day since that's what I was prescribed for a month and ran out. It's working,but I'm not sure it's safe to take long term....my doctor didn't say.

I don't mind losing more than 1lb a week I'm just curious as to if I'm lightly active, Active, or very active but I don't workout. However, I'm guessing I should stick to 1700-1800 on my off days.

Yeah, I changed my calories to lower than what MFP stated.. One setting was 1800 something for sedentary, 2100 something lightly active and the other was 2300 something.

Started at 240 and nobody said anything until I lost down to 200 pounds. I think people notice but are afraid to comment. When I received that comment, it was like yes! Someone finally noticed! I'm 5'8.

Hi, 5'8 29 f, started at 240 and lost 47 pounds last year. Now I'm back up to 201.4 . I just signed up for MFP and trying to stay around 1500 calories a day, but a little over is okay.
